【Abstract】 This article conducts a comprehensive review of recent advances in pancreatic stem cell research.It summarizes distribution and differentiating of pancreatic stem cells(PSC) in vivo and their markers.It describes techniques for their isolation,cultivation,proliferation and differentiation in vitro.It also summarizes advances in the pancreatic development research.It discusses the biological characteristics of PSC and the difficulties of isolation and cultivation for PSC.It provides solutions for some difficulties.更多还原
