淮河流域洪水预报系统的模型集成研究
The model integration study of flood forecasting system for the Huaihe River basin
【摘要】 根据淮河流域洪水特征和水系构成,分析了水文学与水力学模型在洪水过程、洪水要素和空间范围方面的集成方式,并且介绍了两种模型针对淮河流域特点所采用的关键技术方法。为实现两种模型的充分集成,采用了数据-模型-应用3层结构的总体集成框架,通过模型应用过程的模块化处理和数据有效交换,建立了集模拟、率定和预报功能于一体的综合计算平台。本文所建立的集成模型采用长系列实测资料进行了参数率定和模型验证,应用结果表明建立的集成模型具有较高的计算精度。
【Abstract】 Integration of hydrological model and hydraulic model can be applied to simulate the generation and movement of flood precisely.Based on flood characteristics and river-system structure of the huaihe River basin,the paper analyzes the integration mode of these hydrological and hydraulic models in the aspects of process,factors and spatial definition of flood.Then key issues of these two models fitted for the Huaihe River basin are introduced.A 3-layer integration structure involving data,model and application is implemented for a collective coupling of these two models.By means of modular design and effective data exchange,an integrated computation platform is established,which has 3 functions in terms of modeling,calibrating and forecasting.The parameters are calibrated and models are validated with long term data.It shows that the calculation result of the model fits the measured data well.
