生物降解聚丁二酸丁二醇酯/聚乙二醇嵌段共聚物的合成及表征
Synthesization and Characterization of Biodegradable PBS/PEG Block Copolymer
【摘要】 以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为偶联剂,将端羟基聚丁二酸丁二醇酯预聚物(PBS)与低相对分子质量聚乙二醇(PEG)进行多嵌段共聚,得到 PBS/PEG 多嵌段共聚物。采用 FT-IR、~1H-NMR 等方法对产物进行结构表征,同时研究物料配比和偶联剂 TDI 的用量对共聚物性能的影响及共聚物的吸水率和水解降解行为等。结果表明,PEG的引入使得材料的亲水性显著改善,共聚物的降解速率较纯 PBS 有大幅度提高。
【Abstract】 Using TDI as a coupling agent,multiblock copolymer of PBS-diol and PEG was prepared. The product was characterized with infrared absorption spectrum(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(~1H-NMR),etc.The influence of the monomer ratio and the amount of TDI on the prop- erties of the copolymers including water absorption and hydrolytic degradation behavior was studied.It was indicated that the introduction of PEG obviously improved the hydrophilicity of copolymers.The degradation rate of copolymers was obviously higher than that of neat PBS.
