植物甾醇酯复方产品对高脂血症大鼠的降血脂功能研究
Studies on Effects of Phytosterol Esters Complex Product on the Depressing Blood Lipid Level in Hyperlipidemia Rat
【摘要】 目的:研究植物甾醇酯复方产品对饮食性高脂血症大鼠的降血脂功能。方法:对70只健康雄性SD大鼠连续喂饲高脂饲料21d,诱导大鼠建立高脂血症模型。根据血清中TC水平将大鼠分为7组,然后在各组继续给予高脂饲料的同时,试验组每日经口灌胃溶于油基(食用花生油)、乳基(蔗糖酯溶液)两种不同溶剂的高、中剂量植物甾醇酯复方产品(受试品),做干预处理;花生油对照组、蔗糖酯溶液对照组和高脂模型对照组每日分别灌胃花生油、蔗糖酯溶液和生理盐水;28d后观察植物甾醇酯复方产品对高脂血症大鼠脂质代谢的影响。结果:试验组中,血清总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)在实验后较实验前降低,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05);血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)在实验后比实验前升高,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05);甘油三酯(TG)在实验后较实验前有降低趋势,但无显著性差异。结论:植物甾醇酯复方产品能够有效地降低高脂血症大鼠的血脂水平。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of phytosterol esters complex product on the depressing blood lipid level in diet-induced hyperlipidemia rat. Methods:70 male rats had been fed with the high-fat feed for 21 days for establishing hyperlipidemia rat model. Then the rats were randomly divided into 7 groups according to the serum TC level,the hyperlipidemia models rat were fed by gavage with high-dose and middle-dose phytosterol ester complex product dissolved in peanut oil and sucrose esters solution at the level of 0.5 mL/100 g body weight. The control groups were fed by gavage with peanut oil,sucrose esters solution and physiological saline respectively. The effects of phytosterol esters complex product on the lipid metabolism of diet-induced hyperlipidemia rats were determined after 28 days. Blood lipid(TC、TG、HDL-C and LDL)was tested before and after the experiment. The results indicated that different level of phytosterol esters could statistically reduce the TC(P<0.05)and LDL(P<0.05),and statistically increase HDL-C(P<0.05),but had no effect on TG. Conclusion:The phytoste rol esters complex product could efficiently reduce blood lipid level in hyperlipidemia rat.
