【摘要】 本文分析表明,由于我国产业集群技术水平低,创新能力不足,并且也难以从集群中获取正式的创新支持,所以发达国家产业集群的"内向型"技术学习模式难以在我国实现。在此基础上,本文提出了"外向型"技术学习模式,即集群中的企业,特别是龙头企业,从集群外获取所需的技术,并主要以非正式的方式在集群内扩散。东莞和台州两地集群的实证研究较好地支持了本文研究设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper shows that finns in Chinese clusters are weak in technology and innovation capability and can not get support formally from the members in the cluster,so the introverted mode,which is the character of the clusters in developed countries,has a big problem in its realization in Chinese clusters.This paper argued an"extroversion techno- logical learning model",that is finns,especially the leader firms,get wanted technologies outside from the cluster, which are diffused in the cluster through unofficial learning methods.The empirical study in Dongguan and Taizhou clus- ters gives this argument a strong support.更多还原
