研发资本累积对生产率增长的影响——对中国高技术产业的检验(1996-2004)

【摘要】 本文采用永续盘存法(PIM)测算了中国高技术产业的研发资本和物质资本存量,并利用扩展 Cobb-Douglas 生产函数模型对高技术产业研发资本与生产率增长的关系、研发资本产出弹性的行业差异进行了实证检验。结论表明:研发资本累积对中国高技术产业生产率增长具有显著贡献,其贡献水平有提高趋势。就细分行业而言,通讯设备制造业、电子计算机制造业和电子类制造业的研发资本产出弹性相对较高。

【Abstract】 Using the perpetual inventory method(PIM),this paper calculates R&D Capital stock and physical capital stock of Chinese high-tech industries.Based on this work,the paper presents an empirical test on R&D Capital and productivity growth at sectoral level with the extended Cobb-Douglas production function.The main conclusions are in- troduced as follows.Firstly,there exists a significant positive influence of R&D Capital on Chinese high-tech indus- tries.Secondly,the elasticity of output with respect to R&D Capital is different among various sectors.For example,the output elasticity of R&D capital in telecommunication equipment manufacturing,computers manufacturing and electronic product manufacturing is relatively higher.
