【摘要】 作为我国民间组织中社会团体的一个分支,学术团体在我国经济社会发展中占有很重要的地位。本文剖析了我国学术团体目前所处的困境及其特有的优势,明确了学术团体的性质和在我国经济社会发展中的定位;分析了学术团体的管理体制;构建了学术团体承接政府转移职能的三种主要方式:法律规范方式,委托-代理方式,合作方式;提出了学术团体提升承接政府转移的社会职能的能力及其量化评价方式的构想。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a branch of Civil Society Organizations(CSOs)in China,the academic society is of very significant effects on the social and economic development.The article is on the basis of analyzing the difficulty and advantage of academic societies at present,the article renew ascertained the academic society’s attribution and status of economy society in our country and clears its administrative system as well as constructs three primary modes of the academic societies,which are legal norm,commission and cooperation,carrying on the function transferred by government.Finally,the paper put forward the framework for promoting the ability of the academic societies to carry on the function transferred by govern- ment and constructed the quantitative evaluation mode.更多还原
