【摘要】 目的:探讨氩离子凝固术(APC)对消化道息肉的治疗作用。方法:采用德国EREB公司生产的APC300型内镜专用氩气刀对消化道息肉进行氩离子凝固术。结果:58例胃肠道息肉患者,其中胃息肉22例(36枚),十二指肠道息肉2例(2枚),结肠息肉34例(56枚),全部一次治愈,少数患者出现腹痛、腹胀,无出血、穿孔等并发症出现。结论:氩离子凝固术治疗消化道息肉疗效确切、安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe the curative effect of endoscopic argon plasma coagulation(APC) on gastrointestinal polyps. Methods: The gastrointestinal polyps were coagulated with ERBE APC 300 made in Geman. Results: patients including 22 Gastric polys, 2 duodenal ulcer, 34 colon polys. were cured only once with APC.Only a Few patients occurred abdominal distention,abdominal hidden pain,but without com- placations such as bleeding,perforation,etc. Conclusion: The effect of treating digestive tract ployp with argon plasma coagulation(APC) is obvious and very safe.更多还原
