不同丙烯酸类聚合物鞣剂复鞣革样的弹性比较
Elasticity Comparison of Leathers Retanned with Different Acrylic Polymer Retanning Agents
【摘要】 以丙烯酸为主单体,以8种其它丙烯酸类单体为共单体,合成了每种共单体不同用量的系列丙烯酸类聚合物鞣剂,将其应用于蓝湿革复鞣并对革样进行了弹性分析。结果表明:拉伸曲线上初始阶段弹性形变范围内的杨氏模量,可以作为一个单独的表征革样性能的物理量用来表征皮革的弹性;同时对共单体的配比对革样弹性的影响进行了探讨,对其它物理机械性能的影响进行了简单的讨论。
【Abstract】 Different acrylic polymer retanning agents were synthesized with the acrylic acid used as base monomer and eight other acrylate monomers as co-monomers.The above acrylic polymer retanning agents were applied in the retanning process and the elasticity of the resultant leather was analysed.The results show that the leather elasticity can be characterized by the Young s Modulus on the stress-strain curve in the elastic deformation.The influence of copolymer ratio on leather elasticity,as well as other physical and mechanical properties was discussed.
