【摘要】 本文认为,北京市鲜活农产品流通体系创新应从市场建设、物流体系完善、政府监管等方面进行。第一,大力发展以鲜活绿色农副产品封闭供应链为代表的现代化的新型流通渠道;第二,对现有的北京大型农副产品批发市场进行创新升级,提升其价格指导功能;第三,积极发展一批大型农副产品物流配送中心,促进连锁超市主导型鲜活农副产品流通组织的发展;第四,加强政府对鲜活农副产品市场准入等方面的监管措施,加大对龙头企业标准化生产和质量保障、追踪等方面技术投入的财政支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors point out that innovation in circulation system of Beijing fresh and live agriculture & by-product should be implemented from such aspects as market construction,logistic system improvement and government supervision.We should,first,develop modern new circulation channel represented by close supply chain of fresh green agriculture & by-product;second,innovate and upgrade the current large wholesale market of agriculture & by-product and enhance guiding function of price;third,develop some more large agriculture & by-product distribution center and promote development of circulation organizations;and fourth,strengthen government supervision and increase financial support.更多还原
