大型水库库区下压煤开采对其安全影响评价

【摘要】 在前人研究成果的基础上,采用现场调研、室内试验、数值计算相结合的综合方法,研究了开采沉陷对大坝安全的影响、压煤开采引发库区渗漏及库水位骤降的可能性及对库区渗流场的影响.结果表明:压煤开采引发的最大地面塌陷范围距离大坝约5 km,不会影响大坝的安全运行;"两带"发育高度最大为85 m,防水安全煤(岩)柱留设合理,不会引发库区水体渗漏;压煤开采引发的库区渗流场变化很小,不会对大坝安全造成影响.

【Abstract】 Based on the previous achievements,the effect of mining subsidence on the safety of the dam,the possibility of leakage and rapid drawdown of water level in the reservoir by mining pressed coal and the influence of mining pressed coal on the seepage field were investigated by the synthesis method combined with field-survey,indoor-test and numerical simulation.The results show that the distance is about 5 km from the maximum surface subsidence boundary to the dam by mining and it can not affect the safe operation of the dam;the maximum developmental height of "two belts" is 85 m and it is reasonable to remain the waterproof coal(rock) pillar which can not generate the leakage of water body in the reservoir area;the movement of the seepage field is little in the reservoir by mining which can not affect the safety of the dam.
