【摘要】 物资成本是煤炭企业的主要生产成本,传统的煤炭企业物资管理方法,已经不适应现代物流环境下的市场竞争。本文从物资采购策略、库存管理策略、信息管理系统三个方面,研究煤炭企业供应物流系统,分析其存在的问题,并引入MRP II、VMI、JMI等科学管理方法,来解决煤炭企业供应物流系统中所存在的问题,及如何建立相应的信息管理系统。最后,提出了进一步的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Material cost is the main cost of coal enterprise,and the traditional material management methods can not adapt the market competition in modern logistics environment.Coal enterprise supply logistics system is researched from three respects in this paper,the three respects are material purchasing strategy,inventory management strategy,and information management system.New scientific methods are introduced in this paper,such as MRP II, VMI,JMI,to solve the problems of coal enterprise supply logistics system,and methods of building information management system.Subsequently,some new respects are presented.更多还原
