共轭亚油酸对艾维茵肉鸡前体脂肪细胞增殖与分化的影响
Effect of Conjugated Linoleic Acid on Proliferation and Differentiation of Preadipocyte in Broiler
【摘要】 试验采用酶消化原代培养脂肪细胞的方法培养艾维茵肉鸡前体脂肪细胞。通过细胞形态学观察、细胞计数、油红O染色等方法,观察共轭亚油酸(CLA)对肉鸡前体脂肪细胞增殖与分化的影响。结果表明:CLA对艾维茵肉鸡前体脂肪细胞增殖有显著抑制作用,而对其分化没有显著影响。
【Abstract】 The experiment studied the culture condition of the AA broiler preadipocyte in the given lab,and the effect of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) on proliferation and differentiation of AA broiler preadipocyte. The results showed that CLA restrained proliferation of preadipocyte,but did not effect differentiation of preadipocyte in broiler chicken.
