【摘要】 对浙东白鹅和句容四季鹅1～10周龄体重和10周龄体尺、屠宰性能及胸肌肉品质等性状进行研究。结果表明:浙东白鹅1～10周龄体重均极显著地高于句容四季鹅(P<0.01);浙东白鹅除10周龄胸深与句容四季鹅没有显著的差异(P>0.05)外,10周龄体斜长、龙骨长、颈长、胸宽、胫长、胫围和半潜水长均与句容四季鹅存在极显著的差异(P<0.01),反映浙东白鹅早期生长发育强度明显高于句容四季鹅。浙东白鹅10周龄半净膛屠宰率、全净膛屠宰率、胸肌率、腹脂率、心重、肌胃重和肝重与句容四季鹅之间均存在极显著的差异(P<0.01),两者10周龄腺胃重之间存在显著的差异(P<0.05)。浙东白鹅10周龄胸肌的OD值、剪切力及胸肌的失水率与句容四季鹅之间均存在极显著的差异(P<0.01)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Body weights at 1～10 weeks of age,body measurements,slaughter performance and breast muscle qualities of at 10 weeks age between Zhedong goose and Jurong Siji goose were studied. The results showed that:Body weights of Zhedong goose were significant higher than that of Jurong Siji goose at 1～10 weeks age. Except that breast depth was no significant difference between zhedong goose and Jurong Siji goose at 10 weeks age(P>0.05),Body slope length,fossil bone length,neck length,breast width,shank length,shank circumference and half-diving depth of Zhedong goose were significant higher than those of Jurong Siji goose at 10 weeks,respectively(P<0.01). These suggested that growth and development of Zhedong goose were higher than those of Jurong Siji goose at early age. Percentage of half-eviscerated yield,percentage of eviscerated yield,percentage of breast muscle,percentage of abdominal fat,heart weight,muscular stomach weight and liver weight of Zhedong goose at 10 weeks of age were significant higher than those of Jurong Siji goose(P<0.01). Glandular stomach weight of Zhedong goose at 10 weeks age were higher than that of Jurong Siji goose(P<0.05). OD value tenderness and water loss rate of breast muscle in Zhedong goose at 10 weeks age were extremely significant differences than those of Jurong Siji goose(P<0.01).更多还原
