【摘要】 针对制造过程质量控制系统可追溯性存在的问题,在质量控制系统中引入因果追溯性的概念,结合离散事件分析系统——DEVS的特点研究了基于DEVS的制造过程质量控制系统及其因果追溯性;按照T-DEVS的描述及其基本规则构建了制造过程的质量控制系统,并就此系统的因果追溯性进行阐述和定义.论文提供一种建立因果追溯树的方法,进而实现制造过程质量控制系统的因果追溯.更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to the traceability problem in manufacturing processes,the conception of causal traceability was introduced into the quality control system,and a deep research into the manufacturing quality control system based on DEVS(Discrete Event System Specification) and its causal traceability was made.A quality control system in manufacturing processes by the description of T-DEVS(traceability of DEVS) is built up,and a method to carry out the causal traceability in quality control systems of manufacturing processes is established by forming the causal traceability tree.更多还原
