【摘要】 目的了解湖北省襄樊市襄城城区和乡镇医务人员艾滋病职业暴露和防护知识的知晓情况,为加强预防职业暴露工作提供依据。方法对149名城区和167名乡镇医务人员进行艾滋病职业暴露及防护知识问卷调查。结果医务人员对艾滋病职业暴露及防护知识的知晓率不高。城区和乡镇医务人员在防护和暴露后应急处理知识方面差异有统计学意义。结论需要加强医务人员的艾滋病防治和职业暴露防护知识培训,医疗机构要建立和完善职业暴露的检查和处理机制,提高医务人员的防护意识和暴露后应急处理能力,减少艾滋病职业暴露的风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the status of knowledge related to HIV/AIDS occupational exposure and self-protection in urban and rural health workers.To provide basis for prevention of the occupational exposure.Methods Knowledge about HIV/AIDS occupational exposure and self-protection was investigated among 149 urban health workers and 167 rural health workers.Results The recognizing rates of the knowledge about HIV/AIDS occupational exposure and self-protection among urban and rural health workers were not high.There were significant differences in self-protection ability and management skills after exposure between urban and rural health workers.Conclusion It is urgent to strengthen the training about knowledge of HIV/AIDS occupational exposure and self-protection among health workers.The medical organization must build up the mechanism of supervision and enhance the self-protection awareness of health worker and their post exposure management skills in order to reduce the rate of the occurrence of occupational exposure to HIV infection.更多还原
