【摘要】 该文认为构建和谐农村不仅要进行制度建设,还要关注对农民心理契约的重构和维护,才能真正实现"民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处"的和谐社会之要义。文章从农民心理契约违背与重构模型出发,提出了以落实中央惠农政策、从严治政、转变工作作风、为民办实事、充分收集民意和完善宣传工作等六个方面的措施重构当前农民的心理契约。更多还原
