【摘要】 研究了基于横向磁场直线开关磁阻电机(transverse flux linear switched reluctance motor,TFLSRM)、全数字控制器与新型位置传感器的直线电机驱动系统,建立了TFLSRM数学模型。新型位置传感器利用了TFLSRM次极边极形,无需在次极安装任何元件,改善了系统可靠性。为改善系统性能,在电流环进行了从牵引力到平均电流的非线性转换,在速度环采用离散时间趋近率控制。基于DSP设计了控制器,测试了新型位置传感器与所提驱动系统的动、静态性能。实验结果验证了新型位置传感器与TFLSRM驱动系统的优良性能。

【Abstract】 A transverse flux linear switched reluctance motor (TFLSRM) drive consisting of TFLSRM, DSP-based controller, and novel position sensor, is studied. The mathematic models of the designed motor including the primary side with three-phase windings and the secondary side are established. The novel position sensor that utilizes the salient pole shape of secondary side is proposed to replace the traditional sensor for the purpose of improving system performances. The robust control system using the speed closed-loop with discrete time reaching law control and the current closed-loop with nonlinear conversion function from force to average current is proposed. The DSP-based controller automatically forces the motor operating in forward motoring, braking, and backward motoring between two distance sensors. The experiments aim at testing the novel position sensor, and the dynamic and static performances of the designed drive. The results verify the perfect performances of the novel position sensor and the proposed TFLSRM drive.
