【摘要】 目的探讨超声心动图对室间隔缺损修补术后残余分流预后的评价。方法回顾性分析51例室间隔缺损术后残余分流患者的超声心动图特点。结果在随访过程中,51例残余分流患者中有25例自愈,26例未愈。残余分流好发部位位于三尖瓣隔瓣下和右室流出道侧,未愈组的残余缺损大小和过隔血流流速显著高于自愈组。结论超声心动图能够准确判断室间隔缺损术后残余分流,残余缺损的大小和过隔血流的速度是判断缺损是否可以自行愈合的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prognosis of residual shunts after surgical repair for the ventricular septal defects (VSD) in the simple congenital heart disease.Methods From January 2004 to December 2006,51 patients with residual shunts after surgical correction of an isolated VSD or combined with other simple congenital heart disease were enrolled in this study.Postoperative transthoracic echocardiography was performed at hospital discharge and during follow-up.The location,size and transseptal flow velocity of residual shunts were recorded retrospectively.Results Mean follow-up was 9 months.Majority of the residual defects located under the tricuspid septal leaflet and the margin of right ventricular outflow tract.Two groups were divided:spontaneous closure group (n=25) and non-spontaneous closure group (n=21).Compared with the spontaneous closure group,the size and transseptal flow velocitie were dramatically higher in non- spontaneous closure group (2.43±0.77 vs 1.75±0.89 mm,P=0.006 and 4.06±0.61 vs 3.38±0.65 m/s,P=0.001).Conclusions Echocardiography could precisely evaluate the occurrence and prognosis of residual ventricular septal defects after surgical correction.From the echocardiographic view,the size of residual defects and velosities of transseptal flow were the main predicators for the spontaneous closure.更多还原
