【摘要】 目的分析正常人心脏舒张功能新指标E/Em的影响因素。方法正常查体人群共96例,按年龄分为4组(小于50岁组,50～59岁组,60～69岁组和大于等于70岁组),测量经二尖瓣舒张早期血流速度(E)、舒张晚期血流速度(A)、E/A、二尖瓣外环舒张早期运动速度(Em)、舒张晚期运动速度(Am)、Em/Am、计算E/Em以及年龄、性别、心率、二维超声结构参数和左室射血分数对其的影响。结果多元回归分析表明仅年龄对E/Em有影响(β=0.319,P=0.002),随着年龄的增长E/Em升高。结论老年人使用E/Em评估左室前负荷时应考虑年龄因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the determinants on the ratio of early transmitral flow velocities to early mitral lateral annulus(E/Em).Methods Totally 96 healthy patients(age range,40-82)were divided into 4 age groups(<50,50-59,60-69,≥70)years,Echocardiography included 2D echocardiography,PW-Dopplor imaging and PW-tissue Dopplor imaging.E,A,E/A,Em,Am,Em/Am;E/Em were obtained to evaluate their determinants.Results Multiple linear regression analysis of E/Em ratio inclined gradually with aging.E/Em was only effected by age(β=0.319,P=0.002).Conclusions E/Em ratio was increased progressively along with age increasing.When we evaluate preload of LV with E/Em in the elder people,the factors of age-dependent cut-off value should be considered.更多还原
