【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导125I放射性粒子植入治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的可行性和效果。方法在超声引导下,经皮或经阴道穿刺晚期恶性肿瘤,并依据放射治疗计划植入适当数量的125I放射性粒子。结果28例患者均获成功。超声能清晰显示肿块,准确引导植入针的插入,成功监视粒子的植入。结论超声引导125I放射粒子植入治疗晚期恶性肿瘤安全、微创、并发症少,疗效肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effect of ultrasound-guided 125I radioactive seed implantation for advanced malignant tumors.Methods A total of 28 patients with advanced malignant tumors underwent 125I seed implantation guided by transcutaneous and transvaginal ultrasound,and depended on therapy planning.Results 125I seeds were successfully implanted into 28 patients and the mass was displayed clearly on ultrasonography.Under the guidance of ultrasound,needles were exactly inserted into the mass and the whole process of implantation was easily observed.Locations were proved exactly by ultrasonography.Conclusions Brachytherapy with 125I seeds implantation guided by ultrasound is a safe,minimally invasive and effective treatment with low morbidity for advanced malignant tumors.更多还原
