【摘要】 目的研究声诺维超声造影增强强度在乳腺良恶性肿块诊断中的价值。方法应用超声造影技术观察35例乳腺肿块微血管分布,计算机定量测量肿块增强强度值,对比良恶性肿瘤的造影强度特征。结果乳腺肿块超声造影增强强度值恶性组明显大于良性组,恶性组增强开始时间、达峰值时间比良性组早,两组比较,差异有显著性意义。结论声诺维超声造影有助于鉴别诊断乳腺良恶性肿瘤及估测预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the value of contrast enhanced ultrasound(Sonovue)intensity in breast masses.Methods Breast masses in 35 patients were examined by contrast enhanced ultrasound.The intensity of breast masses was quantitatively analysed with computer and compared between the benign and malignant. Results The intensity of the malignant group was higher than that of the benign group.The time from initial enhancement to the peak enhancement was shorter in malignant group than in benign group(P<0.05). Conclusions Sonovue has a potential ability for differentiating breast masses and for predicting tumor prognosis.更多还原
