【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)在烧伤、整形外科中的应用价值。方法14种56例拟转移或移植轴型皮瓣,术前应用CDUS检测皮瓣轴向动脉的起源、内径、走向、浅出点,并做体表定位,与手术对照。结果14种56例轴心动脉中,CDUS提示1条旋髂浅动脉浅主支缺如和2条腹壁浅动脉缺如,而及时调整皮瓣设计。全部病例均能显示轴心动脉及皮支,均与临床手术中检查动脉的走向、长度及其分布范围的情况相符。结论CDUS可对皮瓣轴心血管做出准确可靠的评价,在烧伤、整形外科轴型皮瓣术前设计中具有重要的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography(CDUS) in burns and plastic surgery.Methods With the aid of CDUS,mapping and size determination of axial artery in 56 various axial pattern skin flaps were identified before operation.These arterial origination,distribution and location were marked on patient′s body surface.These ultrasonic features were compared with the intraoperative anatomical findings.Results Absence of two superficial epigastric arteries and one superficial iliac circumflex artery were detected on CDUS in 56 various axial pattern skin flaps,so as to re-design the skin paddles in time.The origins and courses of the axial artery were detected by ultrasonography in all axial pattern skin flaps.All the axial arteries found intraoperatively were almost exactly at the sites marked preoperatively on ulrasonic imaging.Conclusions CDUS can make an accurate evaluation on axial arteries before operation.CDUS has an important value in designing axial pattern skin flap in burns and plastic surgery.更多还原
