【摘要】 目的:了解北京市门头沟地区农村人口女性下生殖道感染情况。方法:分别于2005年3月～2006年3月在北京市门头沟区医院对当地农村人口进行女性下生殖道感染调查。1组于调查半年前接受过生殖健康教育;2组未进行相关教育。对所有参加者进行调研表登记及各项下生殖道感染指标检查,比较两组患者的流行病学资料。结果:①VVC在下生殖道感染中发病率最高;②两组清洁度比较有统计学差异;③下生殖道感染与被调查者的职业特点、性伴侣数、是否阴道冲洗及是否具备基本的生殖健康知识存在一定的相关性。结论:下生殖道感染在女性中发病率高,其中VVC发生率最高,是否接受健康教育对阴道清洁度有影响,应重视宣传生殖健康知识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To access the situation of female lower reproductive tract infection of rural population in BeiJing Mentougou district.Methods:The female lower reproductive tract infection of rural population in Beijing Mentougou district hospital from March 2005 to March 2006 were studied. Group 1 received reproductive healthy education half a year ago, while Group 2 didn’t. All the attendees registered the investigation tables and examine the indexes of lower reproductive tract infection, and compare the information of the two groups’ epidemiology.Results:①The most incidence of lower reproductive tract infection is VVC;②The comparison of the two groups’ cleanness degree has statistical difference;③ Lower reproductive tract infection has relativity with the informants’ occupation characteristic, number of sexual partner, whether vaginal douching and whether having essential reproductive healthy knowledge.Conclusion:The incidence of female lower reproductive tract infection is high, of which the most incidence is VVC, whether receiving healthy education has effect with the vaginal cleanness degree, we should attach importance to publicizing reproductive healthy knowledge.更多还原
