【摘要】 目的:探讨Galectin-3在不同病理改变的宫颈组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法,分别检测43例子宫颈鳞状细胞癌(SCC)、79例子宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)、17例慢性宫颈炎(CC)及19例正常宫颈组织(NC)中Galectin-3蛋白的表达。结果:正常宫颈组及慢性宫颈炎组Galectin-3多为强阳性表达,CINⅠ级以上及宫颈癌组表达呈递减趋势。在正常宫颈组、慢性宫颈炎组、CIN组各级及宫颈癌组中Galectin-3的平均光密度值分别为0.374、0.365、0.278、0.238、0.233和0.203,正常宫颈组与慢性宫颈炎组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05);CINⅡ级与CINⅢ级相比无统计学差异(P>0.05);正常宫颈组与CIN组各级及宫颈癌组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01),Galectin-3与宫颈疾病的恶性程度间存在明显的负相关。结论:从整体上说,Galectin-3在正常宫颈组中表达水平最高,在CINⅡ级以上随宫颈病变的进展呈下降趋势。Galectin-3在子宫颈癌组织中表达水平的下调可能促进了子宫颈癌的发生、发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expression of galectin-3 in uterine cervix with different pathological changes and its clinical significance.Methods:The expression of galectin-3 protein was analyzed by immunohistochemical S-P method in 43 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 79 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,17 cases of chronic cervicitis and 19 cases of normal cervical specimens.Results:The results of immunohistochemical staining showed that the percentage of strong positive cells in all normal squamous epithelia and chronic cervicitis were significant higher than those of CIN and cervical cancer.The AOD of normal cervix,chronic cervicitis,CIN Ⅰ-Ⅲ and cervical cancer were 0.374,0.365,0.278,0.238,0.233 and 0.203 respectively.There were no significant differences in the level of expression between NC and CC,CINⅡand CINⅢ(P>0.05).Galectin-3 expression in SCC was significantly decreased compared to that in NC and CIN(P<0.01).Negative correlation between the expression of galectin-3 was observed in cervical diseases malignant degree.Conclusion:All in all,galectin-3 expression gradually decreases with histopathologic grades from CIN to SCC.The expression of galectin-3 is downregulated in cervical cancer tissues and galectin-3 may play some important roles in malignant transformation of cervix cell and aggravation of cervix cancer.更多还原
