【摘要】 目的:评估我市孕妇碘缺乏病的现状,并采取相应的预防和治疗措施。方法:应用国家碘缺乏病实验室推荐的武汉众生科技有限公司生产的尿碘快速定量检测试剂对孕妇尿标本进行检测。结果:3218例孕妇尿标本,参考范围内2502例(77.8%),碘缺乏677例(21.0%),碘偏高39例(1.2%)。结论:我市仍然是碘缺乏病高发地区,社会各界需要高度重视,采取相应的预防和治疗措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the current situation of the iodine deficiency disorder (IDD) by measuring the urinary iodine in the forepart, metaphase and late pregnant, in order to put forward corresponding prevention and cure measure of IDD.Methods:The urine samples of the pregnant women were measured by urinary iodine rapid quantitative test reagent that was recommended by state IDD reference lab.Results:21 % IDD was happened and 77.8% belonged to the reference range and 1.2% exceeded in the cases.Conclusion:The measure of prevention and cure of Jinan city is put forward corresponding being a IDD area, to which should bepaid attention by society.更多还原
