基于MMR和LMR的同轴度数学模型
Mathematical model of coaxiality tolerance based on maximum least material requirements
【摘要】 为了在CAD系统中表示出公差的工程语义,提出了基于最大实体要求(MMR)、最小实体要求(LMR)的圆柱特征同轴度公差数学模型.将小位移矢量簇(small displacement torsor,SDT)的概念引入到公差数学建模中,在公差矢量化数学模型的基础上,根据MMR和LMR应用于被测要素的不同情况,系统地研究了圆柱特征的同轴度公差在MMR、LMR下的数学模型,完整地表示出了它的工程语义并为下游工作所使用,并用实例验证了该模型在公差分析中的有效性.
【Abstract】 An improved mathematical model for cylindrical feature of coaxility tolerance based on maximum material requirement(MMR) and least material requirement(LMR) was proposed to present the tolerance semantics in CAD system.Small displacement torsor(SDT) was introduced in the tolerance modeling.Based on the vectorized tolerance mathematical model,the different conditions of coaxility were developed systematically under MMR and LMR.The corresponding mathematical models of coaxility were deduced,by using which the semantics of tolerance was exactly represented and could be used by the following processing.An example illustrated the effectiveness of the proposed model for tolerance analysis.
