【摘要】 目的比较宫腔镜下输卵管插管注身MTX两种剂量的疗效和副反应。方法将符合药物保守治疗条件的49例早期输卵管妊娠患者随机分成两组,其中50mg组23例,100mg组26例,进行疗效比较。结果50mg组的成功率82.61%(19/23),药物不良反应发生率30.43%,输卵管通畅率100.00%,平均住院天数(23.74±3.68)d,住院费用(6422.48±1142.27)元;100mg组分别是84.61%,42.31%,100.00%,(14.46±2.96)d,(5059.03±964.47)元。结论宫腔镜下插管注入100mgMTX治疗早期输卵管妊娠的成功率、副反应发生率和输卵管通畅率与50mg组无显著性差异,但是住院天数和住院费用明显减少,可以为社会节省大量人力和物力,是一种微创、安全和具有更高社会效益的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and side effect between hysteroscopic tubal catheterization with methotrexate injection, 50mg and 100mg. Methods Hysteroscopic tubal catheterization with MTX, 50mg injection was performed in 23 cases of early tubal pregnancy from Jan. 2007 to July 2007, Another group of 26 cases with the same diagnosis was treated with injection of MTX,100mg. The curative effects and side effect of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative hospital stay and hospital cost was significantly shorter in hysteroscopic tubal catheterization with methorexate,100mg injection than 50mg group(t=7.788,P=0.000;t=7.131,P=0.000). No significant difference was found in the curative effect, the side drug reaction, tubal patency rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion As compared with hysteroscopic tubal catheterization with MTX 50mg injection,100mg group is another minimally invasive,safe,cost-effective altemative for patients with early tubal pregnancy.更多还原
