【摘要】 目的应用三叉神经末梢阻滞联合星状神经节阻滞治疗三叉神经痛,探讨三叉神经痛的保守治疗方法。方法选择2001年6月～2006年6月确诊的32例三叉神经痛患者,应用硫酸镁、维生素B12、曲安奈德混合液在相应颌骨孔阻滞,联合2%利多卡因、地塞米松、曲安奈德、维生素B12的混合液行星状神经节阻滞,每5天一次,连续4次。应用视觉模拟评分,进行疼痛评估,测定治疗前后VAS指标,治疗后3、6、12个月采用三叉神经痛治疗后国际评分标准电话随访。结果32例患者全部进入结果统计分析:VAS治疗前9.6±1.2,治疗后3个月1.59±0.83,6个月2.00±1.20,12个月2.50±1.31,总有效率3个月93.75%,6个月84.33%,12个月78.13%。结论该疗法镇痛效果明显,无副作用,操作简单安全,无并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To apply peripheral branch of trigeminal nerve block and stellate ganglion block in trigeminal neuralgia and discuss effective conservation ways for TN. Methods Retrospective analysis of 32 cases with trigeminal neuralgia from June 2001 to June 2006, blocked majus of jaw in combination with MgSO4, VitaminB12 and triamcinolone acetonide, and blocked stellate ganglion in combination with 2% lidocaine hydrochloride injection, VitaminB12, triamcinolone acetonide and dexamethasone every 5 days, it was continuously 4 times. Assess the pain with visual analogue scale(VAS). To mensurate the data around treatment, and follow up treatment after 3months, 6months and 12months with telephone. Results 32 patients were all analyzed statistically. VAS = 9.6±1.2(before treatment); VAS = 1.59±0.83(after 3months); VAS = 2.00±1.20(after 6months); VAS = 2.50±1.31(after 12months). Total effective rate was 93.75%(3months), 84.33%(6months) and 78.13%(12months). Conclusion The therapeutic method is an effective, safe and simple method in the treatment of TN, and decreases complication.更多还原
