【摘要】 目的研讨乙肝HBsAg、HBeAg、前S(1Pre-S1)、前S(2Pre-S2)抗原与其DNA的检出关系。方法ELISA双抗体夹心法检测乙肝HBsAg、HBeAg、Pre-S1、Pre-S2四种抗原。把该四种抗原阳性结果分为4个组,每组选择2种最常见模式,共8种模式,每种模式50例,共400例,PCR荧光定量检测其DNA含量。结果乙肝DNA定量>1.0×103copies/mL为阳性,1组35例,检出率为35%;2组85例,检出率为85%;3组92例,检出率为92%;4组98例,检出率为98%。结论乙肝四种标志抗原与其DNA高度相关;四种抗原同时检出,可作为判断乙肝病毒复制的依据。更多还原
