【摘要】 目的探讨胃间质瘤的临床特点与治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2002～2006年收治的27例胃间质瘤患者的临床表现、治疗方法及病理结果,随访患者的生存情况。结果胃间质瘤27例,均经手术完整或部分切除,术后病理及免疫组化确诊,免疫组化均呈CD117和/或CD34阳性表达。随访时间6～46个月,出现局部复发或远处转移15例,死亡9例。结论胃间质瘤缺乏特征性临床表现,术前确诊困难,其确诊需依靠术后病理及免疫组化检查。手术切除是目前治疗胃间质瘤的主要手段,一种分子靶向治疗药物甲磺酸伊马替尼具有一定的抑制肿瘤生长的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of Gastric Stromal Tumor. Methods Twenty-seven patients with Gastric Stromal Tumor from 2002 to 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Patient’s survival was followed up. Results All patients received operation(total or part resection).Final diagnosis should be based on postoperative pathology and immunohistochemistry.CD117 and /or CD34 was positive.All patients were followed up from 6 to 46 months:15 of them had local recurrence and metastasis and 9 cases died. Conclusion The diagnosis of Gastric Stromal is difficult because of the lack of clinical feature. Final diagnosis should be based on postoperative pathology and immunohistochemistry.The main choice of treatment is operation.A kind of molecular targeted therapy medicine,imatinibmesylate can partly restrain the growth of the tumor .更多还原
