基于ARM和μC/OS-Ⅱ的智能碳势控制系统的设计
Design of Intelligent Carbon Potential Control System Based on ARM and μC/OS-Ⅱ
【摘要】 渗碳是热处理行业里一道非常重要的工艺。渗碳工艺过程的执行,直接关系到热处理产品的质量。针对目前在我国使用较为广泛的滴注式井式渗碳炉,在分析渗碳工艺原理的基础上,设计了以ARM内核微控制器LPC2290为核心的低成本高精度碳势控制系统,并详细介绍了系统的硬件设计;软件设计采用了实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ,完成了μC/OS-Ⅱ在处理器LPC2290上的移植,使碳势控制系统的性能有了很大提高。
【Abstract】 Carburization is a very important technique in heat treatment industry. The processing of carburization affects the quality of products in heat treatment directly. Aimed at the drop-feed atmosphere and well-type furnace which is extensively used in our country currently, and on the basis of analysis on technique principle of carburization, a carbon potential control system with low cost and high accuracy was developed based on ARM microcontroller LPC2290. The hardware design of the system is introduced in detail, the real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ is adopted in software design, and the transplantation of μC/OS-Ⅱ in LPC2290 is completed. The performance of carbon potential control system has been enhanced greatly.
