基于极板状态的锌电解检测系统

【摘要】 针对电解生产中极板状态的检测手段落后、检测效率低等现状,分析了极板电压参数的影响因素、多极板耦合关系、电解工艺过程与极板电压的关系,开发了针对极板状态的智能检测系统。该系统采用分布式结构,现场检测终端对极板参数进行检测,并判断极板的短路与开发故障;上位机对整槽所有极板电压以及母线电压进行多传感器信息融合处理,分析各极板的电解状态,掌握电解过程,从而提高了电解质量。

【Abstract】 Aimed at the problems of backward and inefficient detecting means of electrolysis pole plate state,the factors influencing pole plate voltage parameters,multiple pole plate coupling relation,and the relationship between electrolysis procedure and pole plate voltage are analyzed,the intelligent detecting system for pole plate state is developed.The system adopts distributed structure,the scene detecting terminal detecting pole plate parameters,and judging the pole plate state of short circuit or open circuit.The upper-levem computer deals with all entire-slot pole plate voltages and main voltages by multiple sensor information fusion,analyzes every pole plate electrolysis state,and masters the electrolysis process,so that the electrolysis quality is improved.
