双转子自同步系统的振动分析

【摘要】 同步现象广泛存在于许多工程领域中,尤其在振动机械中,同步理论得到了广泛应用,如自同步振动筛、振动输送机等。由双偏心回转式激振器驱动的平面同步振动筛可以简化为一个双转子自同步系统。本文以某典型的振动筛(ZZS40-70型)为对象,考虑两个激振器转子的驱动电机的机械特性,推导了一组双转子同步系统的动力学方程。在此基础上,定义了一个同步系数,用它来定量描述双转子回转的同步程度。对上述系统动力学模型进行仿真,采用了该型振动筛的实际参数,重点分析了其振动规律及其同步运动特征,并与实测结果进行了对比。

【Abstract】 Synchronization phenomena are widely seen in many engineering fields.Especially in vibration using machines,such as self-synchronization vibrating coarse screen,vibrating conveyer,etc.A vibrating screen,which is driven by two rotating exciters and moves in two-dimensional space,can be simplified as a self-synchronization system with dual-rotors.In the paper,a typical vibrating screen(ZZS40-70) is used as a prototype,its multi-DOF dynamical model is firstly deduced,in which the motor mechanical characteristics are included.A new concept of synchronization index is defined to describe quantitatively their synchronization level of the two rotors.Based on the dynamical model,together with machine parameters,numerical simulations are investigated for different assumed working cases.The synchronization characteristics of the system are discussed and compared with measured data.
