金属橡胶材料特征参数对其吸声性能影响的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN METAL RUBBER CHARACTERISTIC PARAMETER AND ITS SOUND ABSORPTION PERFORMANCE
【摘要】 为深入研究金属橡胶材料吸声降噪性能,并为该材料吸声结构设计提供依据,实验研究了金属橡胶材料的吸声特性。分析了金属橡胶材料厚度、孔隙率、金属丝直径和平均孔隙直径等特征参数对吸声性能的影响;推导并验证了金属橡胶材料吸声系数第一共振频率的理论计算公式;研究了具有相同平均孔隙直径金属橡胶材料的吸声特性。结果表明:金属橡胶材料可作为均匀、各向同性的多孔吸声材料进行研究,其吸声性能具有可设计性,并且相同平均孔隙直径的金属橡胶材料具有相同的吸声特性。
【Abstract】 For learning the sound absorption and noise reduction performance of metal rubber deeply and offering the evidence for design of metal rubber structure, the sound absorption character of metal rubber is studied through experiment. The influences of different characteristic parameters, such as thickness, porosity, wire diameter and average porous diameter, on sound absorption and noise reduction performance of metal rubber are analyzed. The first resonance frequency calculation formula of metal rubber absorption coefficient is deduced and validated. And the sound absorption character of metal rubber samples with the same average porous diameter is investigated as well. It is concluded that: metal rubber can be dealt with as an even and isotropic porous sound-absorbing material; its sound absorption performance is designable and the metal rubber with the same average porous diameter will have the same sound absorption characteristic.
