改性膨润土处理模拟含油废水试验研究

【摘要】 含油废水的排放量与日俱增,其对环境的污染也日益严重,因此对含油废水的处理也非常迫切。本文分别用碳酸钠(Na2CO3)和十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB)对膨润土进行改性,研究了改性膨润土处理模拟含油废水的性能及适宜条件。结果表明,有机改性膨润土对COD的去除率比钠化改性膨润土和提纯土好,其饱和吸附量也远高于提纯土。由此可见,有机改性膨润土处理模拟含油废水的效果更好。

【Abstract】 The discharge amount of oily wastewater is increased steadily,and the environmental pollution becomes more deteriorated,so,it is more urgent for us to treat the oily wastewater.Two modified bentonites were synthesized by placing Na2CO3 and DTAB on bentonite.The optimal conditions and properties for modified bentonites to treat simulated oily wastewater were investigated.The results indicated that the saturation adsorbing capacity and removal rates for organobentonites modified by DTAB to treat COD in wastewater were better than that for Na2CO3 modified and purified bentonites.So that,the organobentonites modified by DTAB is more effective than Na2CO3 modified and purified bentonites.
