【摘要】 目的:研究精制桂枝茯苓胶囊(Jingzhi Guizhi Fuling Capsule,JGFC)对子宫肌瘤大鼠的影响及作用机制。方法:采用雌二醇(aquadiol)及黄体酮(flavolutan)诱导雌性Wistar大鼠子宫肌瘤模型,进行20周的药物干预,观察大鼠血的生化指标、雌二醇(aquadiol)、黄体酮(flavolutan)及子宫病理变化。结果:JGFC与米非司酮(mifepristone)均能降低Wistar大鼠子宫系数、宫颈直径及宫体直径,减轻子宫病理损害。JGFC能降低aquadiol和flavolutan含量的趋势。结论:JGFC能改善大鼠子宫肌瘤病变,其作用机制可能与降低血浆aquadiol和flavolutan等有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Jingzhi Guizhi Fuling Capsule(JGFC) on hysteromyoma rats and its mechanism.Method: Aquadiol and flavolutan were used to induce hysteromyoma female rat model by intramuscular injection.A 20-week pharmacal inference was made to observe the blood biochemical index,aquadiol and flavolutan of the rats and the pathologic changes of the uterus of the rats.Result: JGFC and mifepriston lowered the uterus index of the rats,decreased the diameter of the cervix and uterus and diminished the uterus pathological harm.JGFC lowered the content of the aquadiol and flavolutan of the rats.Conclusion: JGFC can improve the lesion of the hysteromyoma rats and its mechanism may have relation with the lowering of the plasma aquadiol and flavolutan.更多还原
