【摘要】 研究生教育作为国家高层次人才培养的主要途径,应重视培养研究生的创新素质。创新素质包括创新意识、创新思维、创新能力、创新情感和创新人格。培养有创新素质的高层次人才,对于教育机构的领导和决策者来说,关键是人才观的创新;对于学校教师和导师而言,重要的是要真正做到因材施教,将创新教育理念贯穿于研究生教育的始终。目前应逐步建立完善的创新型人才培养模式,构建多样化的人才培养体系,提倡研究生教育的多样化、自主化、高效化、研究化、国际化和个性化,以适应研究生创新素质培养的迫切需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 The education of postgraduates,regarded as the main channel of the cultivation of high-level talents,calls for cultivating postgraduates creative quality,including creative consciousness,creative thinking,creative a-bility,creative spirit and creative personality.For the leaders of education organization,the key point of cultivating high-level talents with creative quality is to create perspective of talent;for teachers in colleges and universities,the important thing is to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,integrating the creative educational philosophy with the practice.We need to explore and practice constantly,establishing a perfect cultivation model for creative talents,formulating a dynamic talent cultivation system,advocating diversity,self-reliance,high-efficiency,re-search,internationalization and individualism in postgraduate education.Thus,the education will meet the require-ments of the creative quality cultivation in postgraduates.更多还原
