【摘要】 目的:采用HPLC法测定凉血化斑颗粒中绿原酸的含量。方法:用十八烷基键合硅胶柱,乙腈-0.4%磷酸(13∶87)为流动相;检测波长为327nm。结果:绿原酸在5~200μg.mL-1范围内线形关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为92.13±1.28%,日间误差RSD小于2%。结论:本方法具有快速、简便、灵敏、准确、经济等特点,适用于凉血化斑颗粒剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To determine chlorogenic acid of Liangxuehuaban granules by high performance liquid chromatography.METHODS:Using C₁₈ column,the mobile phase consisted of CH₃CN-0.4%H₃PO₄;The analysis was taken at 327nm.RESULTS:The linear range was 5～200μg·mL^-1.The average recovery was 92.13%（RSD was 1.28%,n=5）,The relative standard deviations of between-day was less than 2%.CONCLUSION:The method is rapid,simple,sensitiveand accurate.It was suitable for the quality control of Liangxuehuaban.更多还原
