【摘要】 贫血是恶性淋巴瘤(ML)的常见合并症,产生的原因很多,包括慢性病性贫血、化疗放疗所导致的贫血,以及ML合并的自身免疫性溶血性贫血等。贫血不仅影响患者的生活质量(QOL),而且对临床治疗产生负面影响。ML相关贫血虽然发病率高、临床危害较大,但目前尚未引起临床的足够重视。既往治疗ML相关贫血多采用输血及补充造血原料等对症治疗方法,疗效不佳。目前主张根据不同的原因,选择不同的治疗方式,也就是审因论治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anemia is a common complication of malignant lymphoma and the causes are various,including chronic disease,chemotherapy and radiotherapy as well as autoimmune hemolytic anemia.Anemia not only affects the living quality of patients,but also brings negative effect on clinical treatment.Although anemia related to malignant lymphoma has a high incidence and great harm to patients,it does not evoke enough attention clinically.The previous treatment of anemia was mainly symptomatic one including blood transfusions and hematopoietics administration,but the outcome was not satisfactory.Now we advocate using different treatment regimens based on different etiological factors.更多还原
