低碳钢激光焊接温度场模拟
Simulation the Temperature Distribution for Laser Welding Processing
【摘要】 依据有限元思想,利用SYSWELD商业专用软件,以低碳钢为例,同时考虑了相变潜热与温度的关系,采用了带锥形的高斯三维移动热源对激光焊接过程温度场进行动态模拟。通过对温度场模拟结果的分析,表明考虑了相变潜热、同时采用带锥形的三维高斯热源所建立的模型能够准确的反映激光焊接的主要特点。小孔效应、高能量密度、窄的热影响区等特征在模拟结果中得到验证,为进行焊接应力场的模拟提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The laser welding processing companied with the keyhole effect,so using the heat source that can reflect the keyhole is important in simulation the temperature field.this paper using a three-dimensional moving heat source that assumes a Gaussian heat flux distribution on the weld pool simulated by a cone,simulated the temperature field about the processing of laser welding in low carbon steel.Result shown that the simulation can reflect the mainly characters of the process of laser welding.
