钴(Ⅱ)-PAN-SDBS共振瑞利散射法测定钴

【摘要】 在pH=9.0的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,Co(Ⅱ)与PAN形成带正电荷的二元阳离子螯合物,进而与阴离子表面活性剂SDBS形成离子缔合物Co(Ⅱ)-PAN-SDBS体系,体系RRS强度增强,并产生相应的共振散射光谱。在0~5.0×10-7g/mL浓度范围内,ΔIRRS与Co(Ⅱ)浓度呈线性关系,相关系数为r=0.998 0,检出限为2.68×10-9g/mL。将该法用于人发、茶叶、维生素B12中钴的测定,加标回收率为97.83%~105.4%。方法选择性好,有较高灵敏度,操作简便,测定结果满意。

【Abstract】 The RRS intensity was enhanced greatly when Co(Ⅱ) reacted with PAN to form cation chelate complex which further reacted with SDBS to form an ion-association complex in a pH=9.0 Tris-HCl buffer solution,and the RRS intensity was linearly related to the concentration of Co(Ⅱ) in a range of 0~5.0×10-7 g/mL(r=0.998 0).Based on this fact,a sensitive and simple RRS method for the determination of Cobalt(Ⅱ) was proposed with a detection limit of 2.68×10-9 g/mL.This method was applied to the determination of cobalt in human hair,tea leaves and vitamin B12 with a recovery of 97.83%~105.4%.This method has the advantages of high sensitivity and simplicity,and it was applied to the determination of Co(Ⅱ) in same biological samples with satisfactory results.
