高效液相色谱法测定菌毒清颗粒中绿原酸含量
Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Junduqing Granule by HPLC
【摘要】 目的建立菌毒清颗粒剂中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为EclipseXDBC18柱,流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸(15∶85),检测波长为327nm,柱温为25℃。结果绿原酸质量浓度线性范围为5～150μg/mL,平均加样回收率为100.43%,RSD为0.85%(n=6)。结论方法可靠、简单,为控制菌毒清颗粒的质量控制提供了科学依据。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the contents of chlorogenic acid in the Junduqing Granule.Methods Eclipse XDB C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-1%glacial acetic acid solution(15:85).The detection wavelength was 327 nm and the column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 5-150 μg/mL,with RSD of 1.18%.Conclusion This method is accurate and convenient.It provides a scientific method for the quality control of Junduqing Granule.
