【摘要】 目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定葛瓜降糖胶囊中葛根素的含量。方法色谱柱为Zorbax C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(8∶10∶82),流速为1.0mL/m in,柱温为36℃,检测波长为250nm。结果葛根素进样量在0.201～4.020μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=35474.879X-101.1175(r=0.9999);平均回收率为98.65%,RSD为0.99%(n=5)。结论H PLC法简便、准确、重现性好,能有效控制该制剂的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for determing Puerarin in Geguajiangtang Capsule by HPLC.Methods Zorbax C18 column was used with methanol-acetonitrile-water(8 ∶10 ∶82)as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL/min and the column temperature was 36℃.The content was detected at wavelength of 250 nm.Results The determination of Puerarin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.201 μg-4.020 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 98.65%,RSD was 0.99%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate for the quality control of the Geguajiangtang Capsule.更多还原
