【摘要】 目的观察早孕妇女服用宫血宁胶囊对药物流产后阴道出血的疗效。方法将256例自愿要求药物流产的早孕妇女随机分成3组,空白对照组(A组,84例,服安慰剂),宫血宁胶囊1组(B组,86例,第1天服米非司酮前3h口服宫血宁胶囊2粒,3次/d,共9d),宫血宁胶囊2组(C组,86例,服米索前列醇3h后口服宫血宁胶囊,用法同B组)。结果在阴道出血量及出血时间方面,B组和C组均明显低于A组(P<0.01或0.05),B组的出血量低于C组(P<0.05),B组的出血时间与C组无统计学差异(P>0.05);14dB超监测宫腔图像正常者B组和C组均高于A组(P<0.01)。结论宫血宁胶囊可减少药物流产后阴道出血量、缩短出血时间,推荐第1天服用米非司酮前3h即开始服用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Gongxuening capsules on vaginal bleeding in early pregnant women after drug abortion. Methods 256 early pregnant women requiring drug abortion were randomized into 3 groups:blank control group A,Gongxuening group B,Gongxuening group C.Bleeding time and quantity were measured at different interval after drug abortion.Results Compared with blank control group,both Gongxuening group B and C were shorter and lower in bleeding time and quantity after drug abortion than group A ( P < 0.01 or 0.05).Compared with Gongxuening group C,Gongxuening group B was lower in bleeding quantity ( P < 0.05) and has no significant difference ( P > 0.05) in bleeding time after drug abortion.Conclusion Gongxuening is effective in reducing bleeding time and quantity after drug abortion.It is recommeded that Gongxuening capsules should be taken orally 3 h before taking mifepristone on 1 d.更多还原
