【摘要】 通过对新疆区、地、县18家医院的100个医疗服务项目的实际成本测算发现,大部分项目的实际成本高于原有和现行收费标准。价格调整实现了提高医务人员劳务价值和降低检查费的目的,但地、县级医院医疗服务项目成本补偿仍存在较大缺口。结果表明:政府履行社会公共职能,发挥财政补偿的调节作用是实现医疗服务价格调整政策改革目标的根本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Following the 100 medical service item cost accounting,this article find most of item actual cost is beyond the medical service price before and after adjustment.The price adjustment meet the aim which enhance the price of human resource and debase the price of checking item. But the medical service item cost of regional and county level hospital can get compensation to a large degree.It show the government should play the social equity role and the key problem is finance retrieve.更多还原
