【摘要】 从对重庆市黔江区2003年和2004年阑尾炎患者的平均费用和费用构成的分析中发现,黔江在新型农村合作医疗中实行的按病种限额和总额预算的混合支付方式,无论是在总费用控制效果,还是费用构成上都取得良好的效果。主要原因是按病种限额和总额预算两种支付方式互相补充以及配套卫生改革的进行。这种模式为农村医疗机构支付方式改革提供了良好借鉴。更多还原
