【摘要】 目的:观察曲美他嗪对老年慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的治疗效果。方法:选择CHF患者66例,随机分为2组,对照组30例,采用常规治疗方法,曲美他嗪组36例,在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪,6个月后比较NYHA心功能分级及左室射血分数,左室短轴缩短率的改善情况。结果:①两组治疗均有效,心功能明显改善。②治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组(89%vs70%,P<0.05);心功能改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪可改善老年CHF患者的心功能状态,增加运动耐量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of trimetazidine on congestive heart failure (CHF) in elders.Methods:66 CHF patients were divied into two groups randomly. In the control group(n=30),patients were treated with commonly used drugs; In the trimetazidine group (n=36), patients were treated with commonly used drugs and trimetazidine. NYHA cardiac function grade. LVEF and FS were compared six months later. Results: Both treatments were effective for CHF in elders,and cardiac function was improved ;Effective rate of the trimetazidine group,whose cardiac function was improved significantly(P<0.05),was higher than that of the control group (89% vs 70%,P<0.05=.
