【摘要】 目的提高睾丸扭转的诊断水平和紧急处理原则。方法对本科1995年5月至2007年10月48例睾丸扭转病例进行回顾性分析。结果48例患者发病年龄为14～36岁,平均为16.8岁,均表现为突发的阴囊或腹股沟区疼痛,阴囊抬高实验均为阳性,彩色多普勒超声(CDU)睾丸血流减少或消失,均诊断为睾丸扭转,所有患者均行手术治疗,睾丸切除者34例,睾丸复位者14例,复位患者均获随访,2例萎缩,12例恢复正常。结论对突发的青少年阴囊或腹股沟区疼痛应立即行CDU检查,对睾丸血流减少或消失者应立即行睾丸探查术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the diagnosis and acute management of testicular torsion. Methods 48 testicular torsion were restrospective analysis for the period of May 1995 to October2007. Results The 48 patients were 14～36(mean 16.8) years old. All of patents suffered suddenly pain in scrotum or groin,all of patients were sample in the test of raise of scrotum and the test prove positive,the blood were reduced or disappeared in CDU,all of patients were diagnosed as testicular torsion,they were operated.37 cases had been undergone orchiectomy,14 cases had been corrected dislocation,they were followed up,2 cases were testicular atrophia,12 cases restored normally. Conclusions Patients with acute scortum or groin pain should have colour ultrasonography,the mergent operation should be performed on any decrease or disappearance of testicular blood.更多还原
