【摘要】 各实验室在检测仪器、试剂、校准品等方面各成一个检测系统,不同检测系统的检测结果可能存在明显差异。因此,如何保证不同检测系统检测结果的可比性是目前医学检验研究中的热点。血凝仪的普遍使用,中国一般中等以上医院,大都已开展凝血4项(凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间、纤维蛋白原)的检测,因此,血凝仪的凝血四项检测结果可比性问题亟待解决。利用标准品或定值血浆进行定期的校准比对是提高不同血凝仪检测结果可比性的主要方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Different laboratories have their own detection sys te m in detecting machine,reagent,quality controls and so on,which will result in o bvious different results.So how to guarantee comparability of these results f rom different detecting system is the hot spot in study of medical analysis at p resent.With the wide application of blood analyzer,detection of four indexes in blood clotting(prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplasting time,thrombin time,fibrinogen)have been carried out among hospital above middle scale.So com parability of these four indexes is a suspending problem.Using standard sample o r standardized plasma to carry out periodicl adjustment is the main method to pr omote the comparability of results from different blood analyzer.更多还原
